Prime Minister Dahal Invites Asia Pacific Businesspersons to Invest in Nepal

Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has extended an invitation to businesspersons from the Asia Pacific region to invest in Nepal. During a meeting with Confederation of Asia Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CACCI) President Peter McMullin and his delegation, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of cooperation in Nepal's journey towards economic prosperity.
Prime Minister Dahal assured that Nepal has a conducive legal framework and a favorable investment climate and that the government is prepared to provide comprehensive support to investors. CACCI President McMullin expressed the organization's commitment to facilitating expanded investment and economic business relations between Nepal and CACCI members.
The meeting was attended by Finance Minister Dr. Praka Sharan Mahat, Chief Secretary Dr. Baikuntha Prasad Aryal, and representatives from CACCI and its member organizations. The Federation of Nepal Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) is a founding member of CACCI.
